A Photo a Week Challenge: Off Center

Inspired by Nancy Merrill Photography and her Photo a Week Challenge.

The challenge is to post photographs that are off center.

This one was taken years ago with my Canon Sure Shot. Toronto Maple Leafs Troy Bodie.

Capturing the Moon

From the moment I was handed my first camera, I wanted to shoot the moon. I think  back to the pictures showing nothing in common with what I saw with the naked eye. Those days are over! I bought my fist DSLR  last Christmas. It came with the 75-300 mm  Zoom lens, and the 18-55 mm . With that and my wife’s macro, the fun begins.

Satisfaction – Daily Post Photo Challenge

This Weeks Daily Post Photo Challenge is to post a picture of something that brings me satisfaction.

What brings me satisfaction is doing something that I find tedious but finishing it until the end. Working with tiny beads can be tiresome but when I finish a project, I am so happy that I stuck with it. Christmas ornament cover:

Cee’s Odd Ball Challenge – July 30, 2017

I think it will be great fun following Cee’s challenges. Not only will it get me to take pictures of things I never would have before, but also gives me the opportunity to post a photo that I wouldn’t have.

We stopped on a bridge one day to take pictures of birds. I looked down and saw a plastic lawn chair in the water. It seemed odd. Fitting for this challenge.

Flower of the Day- July 30th, 2017- Morning Glory

I saw Cee’s Photography post and thought I would add theses beauties:

She holds photo challenges too. Maybe I will test my skills and enter a few.

morning glory

Happiness is NOW! It isn’t tomorrow. It isn’t yesterday. Happiness is like a morning glory: Yesterday’s won’t bloom again; tomorrow’s hasn’t opened yet. Only today’s flower can be enjoyed today. Be happy this very moment, and you’ll learn how to be happy always.
