A Clockwork’d Orange

Update: I changed the settings on my computer so they match what Rebel Guy’s looks like. I think it changed when I played my Civ game. I am going to re-shoot this and see if I can do better. The latest one is on the bottom.

My response to:

K’lee and Dale’s Cosmic Photo Challenge – A Clockwork’d Orange.

I now have a photo editing program but have no idea how to use it yet. So all I have to work with is a basic one. I would have loved to “cosmic-ness” this up a bit. Oh well…in time.

Do me a favour? On my screen the dagger and watch face is crisp and clear. On Rebel Guy’s it is dark and barely visible. Can you let me know if that is the case on your screen?

Argghhhh….I am getting my tripod out to re-shoot this mess. Sorry for all the updates.

And now for the encore test picture. Still not happy but better than it was:

Sorry again for all the updates.ย  ๐Ÿ˜ฆ

  1. I didn’t notice the dagger which I think is going into the orange from the top until you mentioned it. It was too dark. I can only see the minute hand of the watch clearly. Nice photo by the way.

I only have a Samsung Note 4 phone. I store the originals at full size to a flash drive, but I also automatically upload them to Google Cloud which reduces their size. From there I might adjust them a bit and then I download them for use. I also use Microsoft Paint to further shrink the size to 15%-20% before uploading to WordPress to save storage there. My photo editing is very basic.

    1. I wanted it to be a dark picture to set the mood. Because the dagger is black, it didn’t quite work. Thanks for your help. I shrink mine in paint too because I am afraid of running out of space. Rebel guy doesn’t though.
