Tuesday Photo Challenge – Signs

My entry for Dutch Goes the Photo’s Tuesday Photo Challenge – Signs.

My sister-in-laws husband built this cabin. I love it!

I thought this was funny because there is clearly no ice. I took it a month or so ago in Uxbridge, Ontario, Canada.

Tuesday Photo Challenge – Stones

My entry in response to Week 75 of the Tuesday Photo Challenge:

These stones are being laid for a wall. They were eventually filled with small trees and flowers. Did I forget to mention a stone fireplace, pit, and all around a salt water pool? Lucky people!

In response to Week 73 of the Tuesday Photo Challenge – Water

These were taken in Bracebridge, Ontario.

This was taken of Rebel Guy jumping into the pond at his brothers house:

The Blushing Bride

This is my entry in Dutch goes the Photo!’s Tuesday Photo Challenge – Pink.

Brides bowls were a popular wedding gift between 1880 and 1905 and set on the wedding table to hold the brides bouquet, once home they were filled with fruit or other goodies. I decided to surround the bowl with flowers:

What bride wouldn’t enjoy one that included some pretty jewelry?

Updated to add:

Rebel Guy just e-mailed me this with a happy face. While I was taking my pictures, he came up from behind and snapped a few of his own, using his zoom lens. I have had my camera for years, he started taking pictures eight months ago, and he is already better at it. It’s all good…when he likes something he learns everything he can about it. Me, I wing just about everything.

A nice clear shot without the green leaf in front. I tested about ten different scenes before choosing the ones I put up. My photo of this scene looked terrible, so I didn’t use it. Men!!!

Tuesday Photo Challenge – Golden

Inspired by Dutch goes the Photo challenge.

I was taken by surprise when I loaded this picture into my viewer. I wasn’t expecting all that golden glitter on our Anise Hyssop.

A beaded fringe necklace I made years ago, I loved it, that was when I was still learning. It fell apart. Lesson learned…don’t buy cheap thread.

I bought this beautiful gold sprinkled chocolate mini cake for my mom at an amazing store called Yummy Market. She said it was yummy indeed!
